Accommodation

Bedrooms:	2 x Double bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms. 2 x Twin bedrooms with further bathroom.
Bathrooms:	All bathrooms have baths and showers over, main bathroom has double sink.
Kitchen:	All facilities are included. Cooker, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine etc.
Living Rooms:	An entrance hall leads to the accommodation, which is arranged around a sitting and dining room, which is comfortably furnished with rustic style pine furniture made on the island.
Other:	The villa has a large rectangular private pool measuring 10m x 5m with Roman steps at the shallow end. The pool is surrounded by a large terraced area, which features a built in BBQ and outdoor shower. There are ample sun loungers.
Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service:	The property is cleaned at changeover. All linen and towels are included.

Coast/Beach
5 mins walk to the beach. 5 mins walk to local shops and restaurants.

Travel
The local airport at Mahon is about 15 mins drive from the villa.
