Casa Avellana is a newly constructed villa set within its own south facing walled garden in the quiet residential area of Binibeca, providing accommodation for up to eight people.

The entrance hall leads to the accommodation which is arranged around a sitting and dining room which is comfortably furnished with rustic style pine furniture made on the island and includes TV, video and music system. Although not required during the summer months, the focal point of the sitting room is a wood burning stove. French windows lead from the lounge to a covered terrace and then to the large terraced area surrounding the 10m x 5m swimming pool and garden. The terrace has a built-in barbecue, outdoor shower with ample sun loungers and outdoor furniture. The garden is a particular feature of the property and has been created in the Spanish style with a wide variety of Mediterranean shrubs and flowers.

The well-equipped kitchen overlooks the open countryside to the rear of the property and has built-in oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer. The washing machine is housed in the outdoor utility area.

The accommodation comprises four bedrooms, two of which are large doubles with en-suite bathrooms and fitted wardrobes each having French windows leading to the pool terrace.  The two additional bedrooms are twin bedrooms sharing a further bathroom. 

At the rear of the villa, steps lead to a large roof terrace overlooking the pool area and giving panoramic coastal and countryside views.

This villa has a high standard of furnishings and fittings and makes an ideal base for a relaxing holiday with the facilities of Binibeca, Sant Lluis and Mahon close by. A car is recommended to enjoy the island to the full, however, there are local shops within walking distance that can supply your needs or a small drive will take you to local supermarkets..
